That's me during a professional photoshoot in London at the end of 2020, which turned out to be the last time I was able to collaborate with anyone under the same roof, before the latest COVID-19 lockdown restrictions came into our lives.
In my professional life, I have over 12 years of experience in a wide range of customer facing roles at Fortune 100 companies (Rolls-Royce, Alstom, GE, AVEVA), from Design and on-site Testing of Power Generation equipment, to managing international teams for the deployment of cutting edge IIoT Projects and, most recently, managing Enterprise Accounts across numerous verticals as a Senior Customer Success Manager.
I have a constant determination for continuous learning and personal development and I have led many others to also enhance their professional skills and develop their careers. My focus has always been to provide practical advice and actionable insights to our customers, bringing immediate value at every interaction.
I founded Customer Consulting Network in order to share my knowledge and skills through our Training and Consulting services, bringing to our customers current best practices and thought leadership from the industry and making sure they can apply those skills immediately in their customer facing roles for maximum impact.
